Product Recall: TheKiddoSpace’s Christmas Tree Play Set Sold from November 2023 through February 2025.
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, we are issuing a voluntary recall of the KiddoSpace Christmas Tree Play Set sold online at thekiddospacestore.com from November 2023 through February 2025 for between $13 and $40.
WHY ARE WE RECALLING THIS PRODUCT?
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, TheKiddoSpace is conducting a voluntary product recall of the KiddoSpace Christmas Tree Play Set. TheKiddoSpace is doing so because the Christmas Tree toys contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban and the Christmas tree component fails to comply with various mechanical and electrical requirements for battery-operated toys.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY RECALLED CHILDREN’S PRODUCT?
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled play sets, take them away from children and contact TheKiddoSpace for a free replacement toy of at least equal value to the purchase price of the recalled play set, including free shipping. Consumers will be asked to write “RECALLED” on the tree and storage box (or just on the tree if consumers have discarded the storage box) and submit a photo of the marked products to info@thekiddospace.com. Consumers should then discard the tree and storage box in accordance with their local waste disposal requirements.
